Religion and Peaceful Coexistence
The Eurocentric discourse, as the dominant discourse in the study of Eastern cultures and religions, is considered the main obstacle to dialogue between cultures and religions. The Western political discourse in the era of modernity is based on three elements: ethnocentrism, power-centrism, and other-centrism, which have played a major role in forming the European hegemonic discourse. Therefore, a successful dialogue must take place in a different discursive space.
گفتمان اروپامحور، به عنوان گفتمان مسلط در مطالعه فرهنگها و ادیان شرقی، مانع اصلی گفتوگو میان فرهنگها و ادیان محسوب میشود. گفتمان سیاسی غربی در دوران مدرنیته بر سه عنصر قوممداری، قدرتمداری و دیگریمداری استوار است که نقش بزرگی در شکلگیری گفتمان سلطهجوی اروپایی ایفا کرده است. بنابراین، یک گفتوگوی موفق باید در فضایی گفتمانی متفاوت صورت گیرد.
